The video below is a presentation from the 2018 International Corporate Citizenship Conference in Los Angeles, CA.

Save the date for the 2019 Conference in Dallas on April 28-30. Learn more.

Deborah K. Holmes, EY Americas Corporate Responsibility Leader, will be joined by a panel of EY colleagues to discuss how to create greater corporate responsibility (CR) impact inside and outside your organization. The panel will quickly review the importance of CR strategy and brand alignment, then deep dive into ways you can develop community engagement programs that create social impact, develop business skills, and engage your people. We’ll structure our discussion in three tiers: Broad impact initiatives that you can easily implement now, mid-level, and mature.

Illustrated with real-world examples from EY’s own proven CR programs, the panelists will provide insights and stats that you can use to gain leadership support to develop, engage, and retain employees.
